WHAT TO WEAR

All of our classes, both in-studio and digital, are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
