We’ve packed this smoothie with banana, avocado, spinach, flaxseed and vanilla protein powder, creating a delicious drink that tastes great and contains 2 portions of your daily fruit and veg! Perfect for even the fussiest taste buds who want to eat more greens.

While avocado might not sound like your usual smoothie ingredient, it helps create a creamy texture and inject the smoothie with some healthy fats. The spinach creates the green color and adds iron, without impacting the taste!

Ingredients:

• 500ml unsweetened almond milk

• 2 bananas, frozen

• 1 avocado

• 200g spinach

• 60g flaxseed

• 100g vanilla protein powder

• 150ml water, chilled

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
