Ingredients:

  • 50ml coffee
  • 50ml milk
  • 15g chocolate protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful of ice
  • 12g low-fat whipped cream

Method:

  1. Brew your coffee—using granules, capsules, or a French press—and pour 50ml of the brewed coffee into a blender.
  2. Add all the other ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the frappe into a glass and top with fresh whipped cream and enjoy!
