Our Get Started sessions are more than just an introduction—they’re designed to help you feel confident and comfortable in your new gym from day one. Whether you're a brand-new member or just haven’t made it in yet, these sessions cover everything you need to know.

Our gyms are welcoming, supportive, and completely judgment-free—places where anyone can come in, work out, and leave feeling great. You’ll be greeted by one of our personal trainers, and your Get Started session will last 30 minutes. We’ll walk you through everything from where to find the locker rooms and restrooms to introducing you to the Pure Fitness team.

We’ll also show you around the different areas of the gym (including quieter spaces if you prefer a less busy environment) and, if you’re ready, we’ll help you get familiar with some of the equipment.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

It's so easy to book classes on the Pure Fitness App or on our website by simply selecting your chosen gym, viewing the class timetable and finding a class and time that suits you!

TAKE THE FIRST STEP

All of our classes are designed to get you moving. We suggest dressing in breathable, non-restrictive clothing so that you’re comfortable. A towel and a reusable water bottle are also good to have to refresh and rehydrate during and after a workout.
