We have worked hard to develop and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our gyms, so you can have the confidence that you are in a safe and hygienic space to work out in.

We invest in extensive cleaning, air ventilation systems, hand sanitizing stations, and we provide plenty of self-cleaning stations for members to wipe down their kit.

We have invested in creating a safe and secure environment to look out for you when you’re inside our gyms and to give you added peace of mind.

We have 24/7 CCTV monitoring and Help buttons located throughout the gym, so there’s always help at hand should you ever need it.

We want our gyms to be places where Everybody feels Welcome and can workout in a safe and positive environment. This means Harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any form, by any person, at any time at Pure Fitness.

Speak with a member of staff who will be located around the gym during staffed hours. All Pure Fitness staff members are fully first-aid trained and will be able to assist you.

There are also emergency help buttons located throughout the gym, which are indicated by red signs. These help buttons have 2-way communication.

We also have automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and first aid kits in all of our gyms for emergency assistance, and most gyms provide ADA access and inductions that introduce you to your new gym so you can use it safely and confidently.
