Cancellations and Freezing
We've made it really easy to freeze! Just follow these easy steps:
- Head to your Members area
- Select the ""Your Profile"" tile and then ""Freeze or Cancel""
- Follow the instructions to freeze your membership
As an Off-peak and Core member, you can freeze your membership for $6.99 per month. Plus members can freeze for up to 3 months at no additional cost. The freeze will be applied from your payment date, so make sure it is added at least 7 working days before this date.
A Plus membership lets you freeze your membership for up to 3 months at no extra cost, over a 12-month period - the period starts when you freeze your first month for free. After you have used your 3-month allowance, you may continue to freeze for only $6.99 a month.
If you want to come back to us sooner, you can! You just need to log back into your Member's Area and unfreeze your membership. This may mean there is a small amount added on to your next payment to cover the days in the gym for the rest of that month.
It's really easy to unfreeze your membership, just log into your Members area and select the option to unfreeze.
It's immediate, so you can go to the gym straight away once it's unfrozen. Unfreezing before the original end date may mean there is a small amount added on to your next payment to cover your days in the gym for the rest of that month.
We're sorry to hear that you want to leave - but did you know you can freeze or transfer your membership instead?
If you are a Plus member you can freeze for up to 3 months in a 12 month period and the freeze will be applied from your next payment date. For Off-peak and Core members it costs $6.99 per month to freeze, instead of your normal monthly fee - this means no joining fee or price increases when you come back. If you're a Plus member, freezing is included as part of your membership!
To transfer your home gym, speak to our Member Services team who will be able to assist you.

It’s a no-commitment monthly membership with lots of added benefits, so you can;
- Bring a guest to workout with you up to 4 times a month
- Book classes 14 days in advance
- Freeze your membership for up to 3 month
- Access to digital and instructor-led classes

As an online gym company, all memberships are created via our website. You can click here to join straight away, or head to the page of the gym you are interested in and follow the process from there.
Multi-Gym access is available to Plus members, the gyms you have access to will be determined by your home gym.
You can manage your full membership, including transferring your gym location, via the Membership Options page.
If the gym you are moving to is a different price to your current membership it will mean your next payment will be different to account for the change being made mid-payment month. We’ll send you an email to confirm the change and the payment amounts.
Our Plus membership allows you to bring a guest with you for free, up to four times a month (renewing on the 1st of each month).
If you’d like to add this option when joining, select the Plus membership option.
You can! Just visit the Membership Options page.
You’ll gain full access to your chosen gym, with no time restrictions (our gyms are open 24h a day). You will have full access to our digital classes as part of your membership but would need to upgrade to Plus in order to have access to instructor-led classes
All you have to do is log in to your Members Area (coming soon) and share a buddy link with your guest. They’ll then be able to use their own a QR code to enter and train with you in your home gym for free up to four times a month.
Yes, you can stay in control, any time of day. Just log in to your Members Area using your email address and password to update and change whatever you like. This includes freezing your membership, updating address details, making changes to bank information, and so on.
If you’re changing your payment details we’ll need seven days’ notice before your next payment is due. Manage
Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) is an annual charge taken on the second month of your membership which allows us to maintain our gyms to the great standards that we know you love!
