No, your PIN and QR code is just for you and it is against the rules to share it with anybody else. All entrances are monitored by CCTV, any unusual activity will be flagged and your membership may be cancelled.

The purefitness.com website uses a secure connection so your information is private when it’s sent to the site and your direct debit details are stored using the Advanced Encryption Standard.
Credit card details are entered on Adyens’s website and are stored by Adyen using 256-bit encryption standards. Adyen is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Our team will hang on to any lost property for up to a week, so it’s really important that you send us a message as soon as possible.
We do our best to return lost items, but we can’t be held responsible for your personal property while at the gym. If items go unclaimed, they’ll either be destroyed or donated to charity.

Yes, we operate CCTV 24-hours a day and it’s linked directly to our CCTV team who will assist.
The app is supported on IOS version 9 and above and on Android 4.1 and above.
We only support Android phones & tablets and iPhones & iPads. We do constantly review new platforms but at this time we do not currently support other devices.
If you're having issues once downloaded, logging in and out will clear the data and hopefully fix any issues you are having. If you're still having problems try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Having issues with your QR code?
Please check that you have an internet connection on your phone - the QR code is live, and changes every few minutes so you will internet for this to work.
We do our best to keep your membership price the same, but we might possibly have to increase your fee. If this happens, we’ll give you a full months’ notice during which time you’ll be able to cancel your membership. If we don’t hear from you after a month, the new fee will apply. If you joined on a lower promotional rate, your monthly fee will change according to the terms specified by the promotion.
